2018 ready, set, go!!

Start your engines!

Happy beginning of the year for all, friends, colleagues, students and followers of all online and offline channels. We have left behind the celebrations and Christmas holidays and we are already warming up for a year that promises. I have news. Changes are coming, new and surprising things that I will reveal little by little. To start I tell you that we are starting the year with two new versions of web pages, completely renewed and expanded, and also in two languages.

Both through this channel and through the Blog of the new website of Degustoarte, which I have the pleasure to present, we will be posting interesting and topical content about everything that is happening in our world. Follow us through the “Degusto Chronicles”, where friends and colleagues will function as reporters present at the events, and help me to reflect the details and intersperses of everything that happens at the events. Another purpose for this year is to bring a more frequent rate of publication to feed our channels with the usual quality content, but now with an increasing amount. Training, training and more training

But there is more: there is a whole dimension of training tools that I am preparing for you so we can take the restaurant service to the top. This is the year in which the restaurant dining room will take center stage and reclaim its value by sharing the visibility of the scene next to the kitchen. But as I always say, this place has to be deserved. We have to transform ourselves into our best version, as workers, and as people. And it is in the training where the key lies. And I do not mean only technical content, but also tools that help us better manage our relationship with ourselves and with other people, among which, naturally, our customers are. “This is 25% technique and 75% heart” So be alert to the new tabs that will appear on this website.

Surprise surprise

What else … what else …? I am super happy because I have something in the oven that this year is going to be a boom and very soon I will be telling you what it is, but it is a surprise. A little patience and don´t miss one of this year’s publications because I’m certainly going to leave some clues.
